The unique U-shape of the RAUMEDIC connectors ensures smooth, low-turbulence transitions in blood-contact applications. Manufactured from platinum-cured silicone and featuring a burr-free interior, they are exceptionally gentle on blood and tissue. Thanks to the inert properties of the silicone material, there is minimal interaction with fluids, and the absence of low-molecular compounds helps reduce the risk of extractables and leachables. These features make RAUMEDIC’s silicone U-connectors a trusted solution where safety, biocompatibility, and mechanical integrity are essential.

The connectors are produced under cleanroom conditions and are stored in standard warehouse stock, ensuring a high degree of supply security for our customers.
